ABOUT

Marissa Domantay is a queer Filipino-American illustrator, visual development artist, and online content creator. She graduated in 2020 with a BA in Art (and minor in mathematics). She received multiple awards for her leadership and artistic practice such as the Posse Scholarship, Vanguard Award for Equity and Inclusion, and the Anique Ashraf prize.

Currently, Marissa continues to pursue her passion in storytelling and art making. In the summer of 2020, she was part of the DeclarASIAN Artists Initiative​. Currently, she is part of Asian in Animation, Sinag and the Filipino Artist Directory.

Marissa currently is working in Children's Publishing and freelancing.
